Cancellation Policy
Event Booking Disclosure Thank you for your interest in booking a performance or portable aerial rig setup. Please review the following terms carefully: 💰 Payment & Booking: A $150 minimum fee is required to secure your date. This covers time, transport, and setup — regardless of whether the event proceeds. Additional performance or teaching fees will be discussed based on the event scope. My assistant is required and included in all bookings for safety and rig setup. 🌧️ Weather Policy: Aerial arts require safe, dry conditions. If your event is outdoors, please plan for a backup weather option. No refunds will be issued due to rain or unsafe weather. We strongly recommend indoor or covered alternatives when booking. 📍 Setup Requirements: I will bring a portable rig; please ensure the designated space is flat, clear, and safe for setup. We will discuss rig dimensions and requirements in advance. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for supporting aerial arts and live performance!
