Cancellation Policy

Description of Anti-Gravity Activity: I, the MEMBER, understand that I will be participating in anti-gravity activities, including but not limited to aerial silk, lyra (hoop), pole, and hammock exercises, organized by AerialJade LLC (Danielle Hirsh). Assumption of Risk: I am aware that anti-gravity activities involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of falls, equipment failure, strain on muscles and joints, and the actions of other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless AerialJade LLC (Danielle Hirsh), its instructors, and any affiliated individuals from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation. Experience and Fitness: I acknowledge that I have disclosed any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that might affect my ability to safely participate in an-gravity activities. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors of any changes to my health status that may impact my participation. Equipment Use: I agree to use all anti-gravity equipment properly and as instructed by the instructors. I understand the importance of properly securing all equipment and checking its condition before use. Training and Instructions: I understand that anti-gravity activities require proper training and instructions. I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by AerialJade LLC (Danielle Hirsh) and its instructors. Photography and Videography: I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during anti-gravity activities for promotional and educational purposes by AerialJade LLC (Danielle Hirsh). Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize AerialJade LLC (Danielle Hirsh) to secure medical treatment for me, including transportation to a medical facility, if deemed necessary. Agreement: I have read and understood this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
