🎪 2nd Annual Maine Aerial Arts Competition Join us on November 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM for the 2nd Annual Maine Aerial Arts Competition! Doors will open at 12:30 PM, giving guests time to arrive, find their seats, and get settled before the competition begins. This event brings together aerialists from across Maine to celebrate their hard work, creativity, athleticism, and artistry. We ask that all guests show respect and kindness toward every participant, judge, coach, studio, and family attending. Our judging panel is committed to providing each competitor with a fair and respectful experience. Please cheer for everyone and help us create the supportive atmosphere our aerial community deserves. 💚 Important Event Information: • Date: November 1, 2026 • Competition begins: 1:00 PM • Guest arrival: Beginning at 12:30 PM • Seating is limited, so purchasing tickets in advance is strongly encouraged. • The first few rows will be reserved for participants’ immediate family members and their guests. Each participant may designate two guests for this seating area; however, all guests are still required to purchase admission tickets. • Street parking is available, with an additional parking lot located up the hill. • Maine weather can be unpredictable in November! If it is raining or snowing, please consider bringing an extra pair of clean, dry shoes to change into so we can keep the performance floor safe and dry. • All ticket sales are final. Seating is limited, and hosting an insured competition of this size comes with significant costs, so we are unable to offer refunds. Most importantly, come ready to celebrate all 13 aerialists! Whether someone is taking the competition stage for the first time or returning for another year, every performer has worked hard to get here. We can’t wait to welcome you for an afternoon of aerial arts, community, education, and celebration! 🎪✨

Maine Aerial Arts Competition 2026 Participant Policies & Agreement By completing enrollment in the Maine Aerial Arts Competition (MAAC), participants and their families acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Code of Conduct MAAC is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive competitive environment. All participants, family members, coaches, and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward: • Fellow competitors • Judges and event staff • Volunteers and venue personnel • The facility and equipment Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, disruptive conduct, or public disparagement of judges or scoring decisions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund. Judging decisions are final. Attendance Requirement Participation in the competition requires: • Submission of routine video by September 1, 2026 • Attendance at mandatory rehearsal on October 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM • Attendance on competition day, November 1, 2026 Failure to attend required dates may result in forfeiture of participation without refund. No Refund Policy All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes withdrawals due to injury, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to meet participation requirements. MAAC reserves the right to modify scheduling or event structure if necessary for safety or logistical reasons. Media Release By participating in MAAC, participants (and guardians of minors) grant permission for photographs, video recordings, live streaming, interviews, and promotional materials to be used by Maine Aerial Arts Competition for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes across digital, print, and media platforms without compensation. Assumption of Risk & Waiver Aerial arts is a physically demanding discipline that involves inherent risk. By enrolling in MAAC, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their training, preparation, and performance. The Maine Aerial Arts Competition, its directors, judges, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated venues are not responsible for injuries sustained during: • Training • Rehearsal • Competition performance • Travel to and from the event Participants are expected to train under the guidance of certified aerial instructors and to prepare routines appropriate to their skill level. All competitors participate at their own risk.
